Anvil Bourbon

more flavor than I expected. Far drier than expected. not sure I get much bourbon taste, but well-rounded and flavorful.

I'm liking this one a lot. I can't taste bourbon specifically, but there is an earthy bourbon/whiskeyish flavour for sure. Rich taste, nice standalone cider to have during a pub visit

I pick up smoke, bourbon, ripe apple, woodiness / earthiness, and caramelized sugar. I like the higher carbonation level of this cider. This is bourbon flavored, not bourbon barrel aged, which is an interesting approach. I quite like the Bourbon flavor (even though I don’t like Bourbon); I think it was done well, is fairly mild, and doesn’t taste fake or artificial. My favorite of the Sonoma Cider varieties I've tried (which include Hatchet, Pitchfork, Crowbar, & Washboard). Tasty! Fairly easy to drink too. Also, Sonoma Cider is a good fairly widely available craft cider alternative to commercial cider.

Wow. The bourbon comes through! As a friend said "holy sh*t. That's good."
