The Jax

I think I first heard about this through a Facebook ad and thought it would be hilarious to try. Of all the ciders I have tasted at the Sonoma Cider taproom, however, this is actually one of my favorites.

Limited run sold in four packs of 12oz bottles for $10.99. It is a breakfast cereal inspired Organic cider, where they added buckwheat, cinnamon, and honey. I definitely picked up that flavor, especially in the finish, but it remained mild. More of a novelty, but no complaints here. The starchy component was unique.
