Yum! This is a truly sparkling methode champenoise cider. Notes of honey, yeast, citrus, green apple, and floral. Moderate length finish. Tastes lower than 8.5% ABV. It has a slight richness and reminds me of some ciders I've had from Brittany France. They also have a "Brut" version of this cider which I assume is drier.
