Barn Swallow

clean & crisp straightforward apple flavor

Clear golden pour. Heavy carbonation. Moderate floral and apple aroma. Crisp acidity and bubbly. Tart green apple flavor. Slight barnyard notes. Moderate tannins. Mediym bodied. Semi-dry.

Tried on tap at the Schilling Cider House, although I've also seen it bottled. Made from Red Delicious, Cortland, Ida Red, and Greenings apples. Slight richness. All around a pretty basic but above average cider.
