Apple Smuggler

Made from the heritage cider apple varieties, Somerset Redstreak and Tremlett's Bitter. A traditional style, still cider, this is genuinely dry and has significant funk, with some bitterness in the aftertaste. Not my favourite style of cider, but this is a quality example of that style, however.
