Light raspberry aroma, but with cooked apple undertones. When poured, it has a rich, dark copper colour. Unlike most fruited ciders, this is only slightly sweet, and has a noticeable bitterness behind the raspberry and redcurrant flavours. Pleasant, and easy to drink.
