Pale golden colour, clear with strong fizz. Fresh floral aroma. Clean apple flavour with a sharp finish. Buttery but a bit too fizzy for me.

Comes in a 750ml champagne bottle. Single varietal, made from Discovery dessert apples. Light golden colour, with a perfumed, fruity aroma. Smooth, apple flavour, with a tangy aftertaste, and a fruit skin finish. Perfectly drinkable, sparkling cider. Lacks the character of most Oldfields products, but still well-made. Fortunately, despite the name, it's not over-gassed.
