Ashmead Apple

Very bright, dry, and crisp. Sharp and lightly acidic. Those are different things, surely? Lightly bitter but goes down very smooth, almost like water on a hot day. Lightly bubbly with hints of very luminous apple and a bit of honeysuckle. Floral, sharp, and if BrightCider had a child with a Basque Sidra.
