Bronze colour, clear with moderate light fizz. Made from Dabinett, Coates Jersey, Harry Masters Jersey, Brown & Vilberie apples. Ripe wapple and toffee aroma. Rich apple flavour. Smooth with soft mouthfeel and gentle astringency. Very easy drinking!

Medium dry small batch craft cider from Axminster made with historic West Country cider apples Dabinett, Coates Jersey, Harry Masters brown and Vilberrie. A traditional English style cider sweetened perfectly with a mature apple taste. Very easy to drink and just to my taste. This is a 5 star in my opinion.

A blended cider from Devon. It's very drinkable, it is a medium to sweet, rich coloured and aromatic brew. It has a slight smokey honey hint that balances nice tannin that is just on the right side of dry for me. A well balanced cider complex cider indeed.
