A very nice, well balanced, full bodied, medium to sweet single variety cider. It's well balanced with a lovely warm honeyed flavour. You can taste the love, care and attention that's been put in to the brewing. It's moorish!
Amber coloured, lightly sparkling and clear.
Single variety cider.
Ripe apple and honey aroma.
Rich dried fruit flavour.
Some sweetness to this but they call it medium dry. There is added sugar.
