Basajaun

With a cloudy appearance, a slight sweet yeasty aroma lingers just above the glasses; the first mouthful is filled with an earthy flavor followed by a light dry tartness.

Very dry but still has a nice flavor from the apple. It will settle if left to sit, so follow the directions and shake/agitate to get the full cloudiness. As promised on the label, it is sour and salty. It has a prominent funky flavor, but also surprisingly light bodied and clean aftertaste.

Funky, wild and acidic. Slightly salty.
