Slightly cloud gold pour. Very light carbonation. Moderate apple aroma with a hint of funk. Bone dry. Tannic. Strong wild and funky apple taste.

Very funky basque flavor, which I generally love! I was expecting there to be a bit of carbonation and it was flat. It was honestly hard to drink. I think it could be better if there was some sparkling, but I will not get this one again.
