A pretty classic Basque style and as far as that goes, this is my favorite Basque style cider I’ve had. Some may think it’s perfect and others may think it tastes like pennies but it won’t be mistaken for anything else. There is a little extra sourness which does well to brighten up the earthiness and makes it more palatable than really “bloody” Basques.

Expensive. Tastes better when poured “basque-style” but that isn’t saying much. After taste is unpleasant and disappointing.
