Black & Blue

Great cider, great brewery, good alcohol content but a little too tart too enjoy too much at once.

This is a fun fruit wine. Strong blueberry and raspberry flavors.

The pour is like Concord grape juice. It’s clear but very dark purple with light carbonation. The aroma is fruity. The flavor is dry and tart berries. It’s finish is long acidic with a slightly astringency. The mouthfeel is light and mostly developed from the carbonation. It’s a nice tart cider with berry notes. I like it.

Interesting but a little too sweet.

Summer in a glass.... Make sangria with it and party on!

Broad, full flavor. Something other than Apple (cherry?) Is the prominent note.
