This is an honest cider made by Blue Mountain and sold to Julian Hard Cider.

The pour is a silvery pale yellow with medium effervescence. The aroma is a light apple. The taste is a semi dry apple and tart. It has 11g of sugar but I don’t get much of it. I’m betting they use Granny Smith of something similar so you need some sugar to balance all the acid. The finish is light and acidic. The mouthfeel comes from the carbonation. If you like tart acid forward ciders with a good amount of carbonation, pick this one up.

Dry, flat, and not fruity enough to suit me.
