Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Unlike most fruit ciders, this is made with proper cider apples, the bittersweet Brown's. Darkest reddish purple, with a subtle aroma of blackcurrant skin, overlying apple skin and farmyard funk in the finish. Freshly-pressed blackcurrants give way to a hint of wood in the aftertaste, before some funk in the finish. Really very drinkable, and a pleasant change from the oversweet, bombastic blackcurrant ciders which dominate the market.
