Bittersweet sharp browns apple taste with a wood effect aftertaste. Quite a refreshing cider which is slightly carbonated.

Golden colour, clear with moderate fizz. Single variety from Browns Apple. Wood aroma. Flavour has dried fruit but finishes with wood and nuts.

Made from Brown's cider apples. Pale yellow, with a fruity aroma, carrying tones of wood and straw. Tangy fruit flavour, with wood and apricot in the aftertaste. Pleasant and easy to drink, making this quite sessionable. Nice bit of complexity and depth adds to the interest.
