Amber in colour, clear, with a little fizz. Aroma of straw. Very woody flavour which lingers.

The current iteration is made from a blend of Dabinett and Michelin apples. Golden colour, with an aroma of straw and tobacco, with a light farmyard funk. Sharp tobacco, young wood, and spice combine for a complex and rich flavour, with light tannins and an alcohol burn in the finish. Refreshing and drinkable, with plenty of interest, and stronger than the initial flavour would lead you to believe.
