Light yellow gold pour with a good amount of effervescent bubbles. Aroma of green apples and light funk. Taste is lightly tart, crisp and acidic with a bit earthy flavor.

This one has some of my favorite cider apples. Like most of their ciders, this one has some moderate tartness. This one has a slight funk to it, but I like it.

Made with Golden Russet, Northern Spy, Baldwin, and crabapples. Sweet start, tiny mouth-coating bubbles, big acid hit on the backstretch. Funky fresh finish.
