One-of-a-Kind Cider

Oh my God! Fermented from apples from One of a Kind Orchards, where over 200 varieties of apples are grown, many of which are included in this cider. Each sip seems to have a different apple flavor. Very complex, dry but with a strong fruit taste that overcomes the lack of sugars left behind. 750mL is not enough! 2015 batch, limited production. Thanks to CidrBox for another outstanding producer. This was truly a treasure of a cider.

Clear golden pour with a lot of carbonation. Aroma is fruity with little bit of spice. Dry and crisp taste with with flavors of apple, light citrus and a hint of cherry in the aftertaste.
