This amber-coloured cider has a slightly spiced apple aroma. The flavour is soft and mellow, with distinct vanilla and caramel notes dominating. Very pleasant to drink, though perhaps a little over-gassed. Not as impressive as their Chalk Stream, but worth tasting.
