This cider has a lovely sharp fruity taste - Well worth trying.

Amber coloured, lightly speaking and clear. Sharp crisp apple aroma. Fruity and clean. Hint of caramel.

Made from a blend of local dessert apples and West Country bittersweet cider apples. Sharp, slightly acrid aroma. The initial flavour is crisp and fruity, and the aftertaste has a sharp, developing dryness. The producers have got their blend exactly right, in my opinion, and they have delivered a refreshing and complex cider.
