Browns apple (single variety)

Still cloudy straw colour. Smells crisp, hint of acidity and funk. Smooth fruity start, mild acidity which evoles into crisp slightly sour flavour to end with. Really delightful cider not sweet not dry bangnin the middle. Bought at Jolter towers at Mitchel Dean in Gloucestershire.
