Wum Dry Cider

Clear amber colour, light carbonation. Aromas are oaky dry with a slight funk on the nose. First taste which comes apprent is oak, followed by mild acidic, sour flavours. Underlying this is surprisingly fruity bittersweet apple flavours, which is often neglected in a dry cider. The underlying fruity flavours make this a fairly easy, very pleasant drinking cider. The more you drink this cider the fruitier it becomes and the easier it is to drink, which is the opposite to what I find with many dry ciders. Even if you're not a fan of dry ciders, you should give this a go as it does have unusual qualities for a dry cider..
