Golden colour, with an aroma of apple skin with tones of leather and wood. Tangy flavour of fruit with strong skin element, and a tannic aftertaste. Acceptable, drinkable, but lacks character.

500ml bottle from local shop, Darlington UK. Clear amber gold colour, short lived white foam head and aroma of tart apple, apple skins, woody oak. Flavour is tangy juicy apple, apple skin, wood, vanilla, light barnyard, some tannins. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

This is a nice cider to drink outside on a warm evening. Nothing against this, even though this is produced in Somerset.
