Cider Noir

Very different cider from anything I have tasted. Friend says it reminds her of a stout and would taste good with chocolate. There are multiple layers: coffee, a sharp bitterness, and the background warmth of apples. I feel like this is a special occasion cider but not one I would drink often.

Deep dark ruby color. Wine like quality with flavors of fig, orange peel and nut. A bit on the sweet side.
