Gold Rush

Surprisingly dry but still has some sweetness. Lovely pale pour with a little tingle on the tongue.

Quite tart and citrusy. I personally enjoy a dry and tart cider so I like this one. Many citrus notes. Pale in color, and light to medium body.

Slightly cloudy light greenish/golden colored pour. Minimal aroma of tart apples and a hint of lemon. Taste is mildly tart with a bit of lemon standing out. Can also taste a bit of lime, citrus and hint of pear. Light to medium bodied. Tartness increases slightly as the cider warms. Finishes with a nice lingering mild lemon flavor.
