Heirloom

Clear light honey-gold pour. Heavy carbonation with lots of rising bubbles lasting a good bit. Mild apple aroma with some hints of tannin and orchard. Light bodied. Taste has a bold acidity and is mildly tart with a nice apple flavor backed by some floral notes and a bit of honey.

This one has a great fruit aroma, but does not deliver on the flavor. It has some tartness to it, and if it wasn’t for that then it would have little flavor or complexity.
