French cidre, aged 3 months in Calvados (apple brandy) barrels, although I didn't detect any flavor from that. After loving their Poire, I wasn't expecting the sourness & funk, but it is from Normandy, so I guess that was to be expected. Frothy and smooth. Notes of overly ripe apples, honey, orange, and brown sugar. Reviewed on 25 Jul 2016
