I quite liked it. It's a sweet Norman cider that is toned down by the 'Rose' to give a slight crisp sharpness. It's definitely a cider for the summer. Served cold with a sandwich for lunch.... perfect. At 3%, you could push the boat out and have a second and third.

The pour is a clear medium carbonated pinkish amber. The aroma is sour apple with notes of cherry. The taste semi-sweet and tart apple or cherry. The cherry may come from color influence. The mouthfeel is full without astringency. It has a sour and acidic fruitiness. It is very good.

Very pleasant rosé colour. Nose has light fruit, palate not so strong. Good apple smell - too sweet for my taste, might be back sweetened.
