Classic Dry

Beautiful aroma but didn't like the flavor as much. Maybe a little too dry for me.

Clear light golden pour with heavy carbonation. Moderate apple aroma. Taste is crisp and acidic with a light lemon flavor.

This is a drinkable bone dry cider. It doesn't have a ton of character. You get a bit of cider taste with a clean finish and no bitterness. It is well crafted, about as well as you could expect without real cider apples. So it isn't exciting, but I would happily drink again.
