Light fruit aroma and taste. Sweetness comes through in a hint of brown sugar. Mildly tart and puckering finish. Has a syrupy mouthfeel.

Nice light fruit with a little bit of funky. I tend to like ciders a bit on the sweet but this is nice.

Nice complex semi-dry. Smells fruitier than it tastes, which tricked my palate, but pleasant enough once I got used to it.

Bottle pour at Cider Summit Seattle 2015. Semi-sweet. I picked up a lot of pear notes with this one for some reason? Its supposed to be more of an English / bittersweet apple cider with some melon & dried fruit notes. A bit tart with a hint of citrus too. I tried the Perry in the same day, but at a different time. Nevertheless, when tasting over a dozen ciders in one day, even with small tastes, the palate can get confused. Bold flavor, but I didn’t really get that richness I was expecting. Very tasty nonetheless. This is probably the most popular of their regular line. Their Red & Cornice are probably their most popular overall. I was happy to hear they are increasing production & distribution of both of those, as they are my favorites…the Red slightly more so, which is odd as barrel aged is usually my favorite.
