Made from red-fleshed apples. Great strawberry and watermelon notes, a complex fruity cider. However, their more recent vintages have got a bit too tart for me.

An extremely quaffable cider. Very well balanced flavors with a pretty rose color.

A pleasant cider for a summer afternoon. It has a very slight smoky aroma that contrasts with the crisp, tart flavor. There’s a strong sense of the earthy and tart flavor of fresh cherries upfront followed by fresh apple flavor.

This is delicious and surprising

Too stringent for my taste, and a little to still for my liking. Better with food than solo.

Clear ruby red pour. Nice apple aroma that has a hint of rhubarb and red berries. Taste is a combination between lightly tart and sharp apple and watermelon flavors. Moderate acidity.

Lovely, complex, pleasing to the eye, nose and tongue. Perfect cheese pairing cider.

It's drinkable bit a bit too tart for me.

To my taste, this is a dry, bitter cider, but it's a lovely light rose colour. What can I say?
