Crisp & Dry

Like Spire Mountain's Dark & Dry, Spire continues to go its own way with the term dry. While this doesn't taste as sweet as the Dark & Dry, I don't think it's in danger of being truly dry. That being said, this is a more complex cider than some of their others, especially in the finish. It has a nice bitterness, with a mild, lingering funk.
