Full bodied cider which is full fruit in flavor and full bodied. It is very sweet rather than dry like the description. I feel like Carmel apples at a festival when I drink this. I will buy this cider.

Ordered this cider thinking it would be dry (given the name). Although it was definitely more on the sweet side it was quite possibly the best cider I have ever had. So unique and full of flavor. One of those ciders that make every other cider seem "eh". A must try for sure.

When you start to try any other ciders, the cider you buy at the gas station just isn't as great....

This is the darkest cider I have ever seen! Tastes like an 'amber' cider but with a slight hint of a root beer flavour. I like it! Having some at Hi Life in Ballard right now. Still like it a lot!

Great example of the style. Sweet and fruity, but not insipid by any means. No detectable sulfur. Don't know why they call it dry.

Contrary to its name, this cider is not dry at all, but has a pleasant caramelized sweet taste. It is, however, dark—perhaps the darkest cider we have ever had. Consider it the Guinness of cider.

Dark, almost brown pour. Nice ripe apple aroma. Slightly sweet taste with some apple and brown sugar.

Barely dry, barely fruity, barely any flavor at all.

The pour a dark brown with light effervescence (still). The aroma is apple. The taste is semi sweet apple with some tart. The finish is short and slightly acidic. There isn’t much body or astringency. I like the color. It’s a little sweet forward but overall the most balanced Spire that I’ve had. It is not overly complex but reminds me of Woodchuck 802, which is my first cider love.

Complex cider. Slight molasses flavor, no dryness, though. So dark that it is hard to tell that it is actually pretty clear. Will savor this joy.
