Sparkling Pear Cider

The pour is pale yellow and rather still for the “sparkling” label. The aroma is a little yeasty and apple. I don’t get much pear. The taste is semi sweet to semi sweet mostly apple with a slight tart end, but not much. The finish is short and sweet. There is some body and mouthfeel given the sugar but I don’t find this very complex and I definitely don’t get sparkling pear.

This is a fairly sweet, fruity cider. You can really taste the pears!
