Dark amber, still and very cloudy. Aroma of ripe apples and smoke. Has hints of orange in the flavour with a tannic finish.

Hazy copper colour, with an aroma of ripe fruit and tobacco. Plummy, fruit flavour, becomes drier and tannic in the aftertaste, with herbal tones. Nice depth and moderate complexity make this quite a satisfying drink, which would go well with a fruity dessert like a plum clafoutis, or a creamy Lancashire cheese
