Amber in colour, still with the lightest haze. Baked apple aroma with some mild spice. Spice in the taste with dried fruit. Tangy but a bit on the thin side.

Dark amber, with an aroma of pomace and spice. Overripe, fermenting fruit flavour, with tones of cloves in the aftertaste. Thin, and a little disappointing, with less depth and complexity than expected.
