Deep amber colour, still and very cloudy. Ripe apple aroma with light cinnamon. Smokey notes with mild caramel. I fear the cloudiness will put some people off this.

Rich copper colour, with ripe, fruity aroma, carrying tones of apricot and liquorice. Plummy fruit flavour, with vanilla and caramel tones, and light cinnamon and tannins in the aftertaste. Easy to drink, and quite sessionable, with good depth and sufficient complexity to spark interest.
