Tastes great as you're drinking it, but the aftertaste leaves something to be desired; reminds me of the taste of pear skin and stem

Pear is not my first choice for cider but this one fires out well. Sweet but not drippingly so, with enough tartness to offset it.

A perfectly pleasant and drinkable cider, but not exciting - pear ciders are difficult in that way. Fruit taste and carbonation very slight; minimal aroma. Nice finish. Pear flavor, while modest, is lovely.
