Dry Hopped Hard Cider

Enjoyed this overall. Interesting cider in that it has a distinct floral taste—almost like elderflower—that does not come through in the aroma at all. Light apple flavor, slight bitterness. Would be challenging to pair well with a meal so perhaps better as a stand-alone beverage.

650ml bottle. Pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of floral, apple, fruity, citrus. Taste is tart apple, tangy & fruity, apricot yeasty, floral citrus hop, bittersweet with some drying tannin. Light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry oily hop finish. Quite drinkable.
