Dry

Pale lime green/yellow in colour, with a green apple and herbal aroma. Very dry with a watery, apple juice flavour, and almost no aftertaste. Disappointing, and totally lacking depth or character; not really worth the effort. Far better dry ciders available.

Very pale yellow almost watery colour, clear and still. Light floral aroma. Dry, astringent with very little flavour.

Nose has a lot of floral notes but it doesn’t carry through in the taste. Has some acid but seems to fall flat on body. It was near the bottom of my list of those I tried while visiting Hawkes Cidery& Taproom (Druid Street) in London.
