Russet

Yellow colour, clear and still. Single variety cider. Dry pear aroma. Flavour of pear and calvados. Tastes every one of the 8%.

Not keen on this one - too sour for my taste. Light apple flavour and a bit watery.

Pale yellow, with an aroma more reminiscent of a perry than a cider, with pear fruit and acetone tones. Sour pear flavour, with a dry, woody aftertaste. Unusual cider, tasting and smelling like a perry, but surprisingly drinkable.

It's a nice, well made but plane cider. You feel the kick of it's 8% but I can't taste it. It's a bit too much on the dry side for my taste...for me there's better out there. Sour. That's the word from I was looking for thank you.
