Dry

Clear pale gold colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Moderate to strong apple aroma. Strong, crisp and bold apple taste that has a bit of melon flavor. Light tartness. Moderate acidity. Light tannins. Light bodied. Drinks very easy.

Dry like a Basque Txakolin but lacks overall fruit flavor. Pretty, soft, gold-yellow color. Light foam. Dry almost turns bitter. It’s alright.

Having this on draft at Hilltop Ale House. A real gold standard dry- even down to the colour. I also like that it is barely carbonated- which makes me feel like I’m having a “scrumpy- light”.
