This is just ok. It’s a lovely gold colour, and pretty fizzy, if you like that sort of thing. My main complaint with this is that it is bitter, which I sometimes find in semi drys, but don’t expect in a semi sweet. I love Yonder Cidery as an enterprise, and their Cashmere is gorgeous.
