Dry

Pale yellow, almost a white cider, quite tart, a bit syrupy, notable almond aftertaste. I tend to rate Norfolk Cider Company ciders considerably higher than some other reviewers, I admit to having a soft spot for them. Fifteen years ago they were widely available in Norwich, usually the medium dry, nowadays you can only find them at beer festivals, a barmaid told me they give priority to their own cider shop.
