Light yellow colour, slightly hazy and still. Highly floral aroma. Tart apple with strong citrus. Initial nice apple flavour but a very tart sharp finish spoils the enjoyment.

Comes in a 750 ml screw-top bottle. Pale yellow, with a floral, fruity aroma. Fruity flavour, with pear and elderflower tones, and a slightly sour finish. Drinkable, but I found the sour finish a little off-putting, given the rest of the flavour profile.
