The pour is a cloudy/hazy pale gold with low carbonation (i’d call it still or flat). The aroma is apple and some phenolic notes. The taste is dry bitter apple. The finish is medium astringent. The mouthfeel is light. It has nice tannins. I would have expected more carbonation and I think it would have been better with some more. I do like the flavor profile. Remember it’s unfiltered and bottle conditioned so pour accordingly.
