The pour is a slightly cloudy pale yellow with low effervescence. The aroma is apple and phenolic. The taste is sour and tart. The finish is medium sour. The mouthfeel is thin. It reminds me of a Spanish Sidra. Iām still working on my palate for Spanish Sidra. I like tart and I like astringent and bitter but I and still not a big fan of sour.
