The pour is a slightly hazy bright yellow with low carbonation. The aroma is slightly phenolic with a little apple the taste is dry slightly tart and slightly sour. The finish is short and slightly acidic. The mouthfeel is thin. At first, I wasn’t taken but this is a cider that grows on you. You have to give it a few sips and try it with some food. It touches on farmhouse and Spanish Sidra without fully committing. I would have like more carbonation and a little more acid. It definitely worth a try if you find it.
